Blood Pressure
Blood pressure is the force which is exterted by blood on our  arteries.

  • The good blood pressure must be 120/80 mmhg(millmeter of mercury).
  • The high blood pressure is meant be more than 120/80 mmhg.
  • The low blood pressure is meant be lower than 120/80 mmhg.

  Symptoms
  • headache,
  • dizziness,
  • blurred vision,
  • nausea and vomiting
  • chest pain and shorter breath.
Prevent High Blood Pressure

     Device To measure Blood Pressure
The Syphgmometer is the device used to measure blood pressure, composed of an inflatable cuff to collapse and then release the artery under the cuff in a controlled manner, and a mercury or mechanical manometer to measure the pressure. It is always used in determining at what pressure blood flow is just starting, and at what pressure it is unimpeded. Manual sphygmometers are used in conjunction with a stethoscope.
